Mindfulness

’Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.  There is beauty in each moment and we can choose to be present for it. Given the right tools it is easy to be a part of these moments. Mindfulness is training ourselves how to see each situation as the truth, instead of  over thinking or building on to it.
